The Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises to Shri Ameising Luikham, IAS (Manipur 1981), Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises from 31.10.2016 to 08.11.2016 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Girish Shankar, IAS (SH:1982).
