Shri Ali Raza Rizvi IAS (Himanchal Pradesh 1988) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance period of his overall five year central deputation tenure upto 30.09.2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Ravi Capoor IAS (AM 1986).
