Shri Abhishek Kumar IRS (IT 2006) presently Director, National Health Authority (NHA) , has been given repatriation to his parent cadre on personal grounds with extended cooling off. Shri Abhishek B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2005.
