Indian Bueaucracy News, New Delhi, March 24, 2026 | The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), in its letter dated 24.03.2006, has appointed Shri Abhinandan Kumar Mishra IDSE (2012), who is presently serving in his cadre as Executive Engineer at Garrison Engineer (South), Ambala Cantonment, Haryana, under the Department of Defence, as Joint Advisor – Mitigation Project, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Ministry of Home Affairs.
This appointment is to a Non-CSS post for a period of five years under the Central Deputation Scheme.
Shri Mishra also serves as a member of the Vidyalaya Management Committee of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4, Ambala Cantonment.
