Shri Abhilaksh Likhi IAS (Haryana 1991), Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India. The officer will take over as Secretary, Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying vice Shri Jatindra Nath Swain IAS (TN:88) .
