A.Venu Prasad IAS (Punjab 1991) presently posted as Principal secretary Land Development and Finance Corporation has been transferred as Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Punjab. Shri Venu Prasad has done his PG in Soil Science, M.Sc in Agriculture, MBA in Finance and MA from USA in Public Administration. He had started his career in 1993 as SDO in Land Revenue, Punjab and is presently the Principal secretary Land Development and Finance Corporation.
