5 IAS transfers in Assam – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Assam Govt has reshuffled 5 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :
- Shri Ghanshyam Dass IAS ( 2012) presently Secretary- Agriculture Department posted as Secretary to Assam Chief Minister ( Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma).
- Dr Jeevan B IAS ( 2013) presently Deputy Commissioner – Dhemaji posted as Additional Secretary to Assam Chief Minister ( Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma).
- Shri Anurag Goel IAS ( 1996) presently Principal Secretary- Health & Family Welfare Department and Commissioner of Taxes is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner of Taxes.
- Shri Rakesh Kumar IAS ( 2005) presently Commissioner & Secretary- Fishery & Irrigation Departments and Commissioner of Excise is substantively posted as Managing Director- Assam Power Distribution Company Limited with additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Fishery & Irrigation Departments. He is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner of Excise.
- Shri Rakesh Agarwala IAS ( 2009) presently Managing Director- Assam Power Distribution Company Limited posted as Commissioner of Taxes with additional charge of Commissioner of Excise.
