The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu to inaugurate the Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2024 today.

The 37th Surajkund Crafts Mela 2024 is set to captivate audiences as it celebrates India’s art, culture, and heritage. Organized by the Haryana Tourism Department at the Surajkund Lake Complex, this annual fair, which began in 1987, promises a vibrant experience for visitors of all ages. With participation from over 20 countries across South Asia, Africa, and Europe, the fair has grown in popularity. Scheduled from February 2 to February 18, 2024, the event will feature a grand inauguration by President Draupadi Murmu. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, ticket prices range from ₹120 on weekdays to ₹180 on weekends. Beyond showcasing Indian handicrafts, the Mela offers live demonstrations, artisan interactions, cultural performances, and delicious cuisine, embodying the government’s commitment to preserving India’s rich cultural legacy.
