The Centre has decided to open three Post Office Passport Seva Kendras, POPSKs, at Balasore, Berhampur and Bhawanipatna in Odisha.
A letter to Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan from Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj said these POPSKs will be set up in the second phase of the scheme.  Mrs Swaraj had on Saturday announced opening of 149 new POPSKs in the second phase.
