Indian Bureaucracy, Bhubaneswar, December 17, 2024| The Government of Odisha has reallocated additional charge portfolios and reassigned responsibilities through the transfer and appointment of three IAS officers. The ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department now has a full-time Principal Secretary. Additionally, an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for the General Administration Department (GAD) and a Special Secretary to the Chief Minister have been designated.

Shri Bishnupada Sethi IAS (Odisha 1995), presently, Principal Secretary, Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department and Principal Secretary, ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department is appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Odisha, and relieved of all the additional charges.

Shri Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra IAS (Odisha 1997), on returning from Central Deputation, is appointed as Principal Secretary – ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, with additional charge of Principal Secretary – Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department and Principal Secretary – Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department.

Shri Manoj Kumar Sahoo IAS (AGMUT 2006), presently on Inter-Cadre Deputation, is appointed as Special Secretary – Chief Minister of Odisha.
