21 IAS transfers in J&K | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive

RECAP || 21 IAS reshuffle in J&K | Indian Bureaucracy News-  In a reshuffle in Jammu & Kashmir, the Govt has shifted 21 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are:

1. Dr. Raghav Langer IAS (2009) presently Divisional Commissioner- Jammu, holding additional charge of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority transferred as Secretary – Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
2. Ms. Sushma Chauhan IAS (2009)  presently on leave to report in the General Administration Department after availing leave.
3. Shri Bhupinder Kumar IAS (2011) presently Deputy Commissioner- Baramulla transferred as Transport Commissioner- J&K.
4. Shri Ramesh Kumar IAS (2011) presently Chief Executive Officer- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board transferred as Divisional Commissioner- Jammu. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer- Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority, in addition to his own duties.
5. Ms. Avny Lavasa IAS (2013) presently Commissioner- Jammu Municipal Corporation also holding additional charge of CEO- Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of the Smart City Project under the Smart City Mission transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Jammu.
6. Shri Anshul Garg IAS (2013) presently Deputy Commissioner- Jammu transferred as Chief Executive Officer- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, J&K.
7. Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar IAS (2013) presently Mission Director- Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K holding additional charge of Mission Director- Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Baramulla, , J&K.
8. Shri Rahul Yadav IAS (2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Kathua transferred as Commissioner- Jammu Municipal Corporation. He shall also hold the charge of the post of CEO- Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission.
9. Ms. Kritika Jyotsna IAS ( 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Ganderbal transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir.
10. Shri Rahul Pandey IAS ( 2014) presently Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, holding additional charge of Director- Information, J&K, Director, Archives, Archaeology & Museums, J&K and Secretary- J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir.
11. Shri Devansh Yadav IAS (2016) upon his joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir now appointed as Managing Director-  J&K Trade Promotion Organization. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Managing Director- J&K IT Infrastructure Company.
12. Shri Minga Sherpa IAS (2017) upon his joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner- Jammu.
13. Ms. Ayushi Sudan IAS (2017) upon her joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is posted as Chief Executive Officer- Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna.
14. Shri Shyambir IAS ( 2018) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner- Jammu transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir.
15. Shri Akshay Labroo IAS (2018) presently Mission Director- Atal Mission for Rejuventation and Urban Transformation 2.0 (AMRUT-2.0) transferred as Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Director- Information, J&K, in addition to his own duties.
16. Shri Atal Dulloo IAS (1989) presently Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Finance Department transferred as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Agriculture Production Dept.
17. Shri Vivek Bhardwaj IAS ( 1990) presently Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Health and Medical Education Department, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Industries & Commerce Department, Civil Aviation Department and Chairman- BOPEE transferred as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Finance Department. He shall continue to hold the charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary- Industries and Commerce Department and Chairman- J&K BOPEE, in addition to his own duties.
18. Shri Ashok Kumar Parmar IAS ( 1992) presently Principal Secretary – Irrigation and Flood Control Department also  holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Mining Department transferred as Principal Secretary – Jal Shakti Department.
19. Shri Navin Kumar Choudhary IAS ( 1994) presently Principal Secretary – Department of Agriculture, Production and Farmers’ Welfare also  holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department and Horticulture Department transferred as Principal Secretary – Health and Medical Education Department.
20. Shri M Raju IAS ( 2005) presently Commissioner/ Secretary – Jal Shakti Department transferred as Commissioner/Secretary- Mining Department.
21. Ms. Rashmi Singh IAS ( 2007) upon her joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir now appointed as Commissioner- State Taxes, J&K.
