21 IAS Transferred, Major Reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh

Indian Bureaucracy, Bhopal, December 09, 2024| In a late-night order, the Government of Madhya Pradesh announced transfer and reassignment of portfolios for twenty-one IAS officers, involving important changes at the state department level. The notification includes the appointment of new Secretaries in the Governor’s Office and various key departments such as Parliamentary Affairs, Public Works Department (PWD), Human Rights, General Administration Department (GAD), Culture and Tourism, Health, Revenue, and others. The detailed list of officers and their new assignments is provided below.

  1. Shri K C Gupta IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1992), presently, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Public Works Department (PWD), is transferred and appointed as ACS – Rajya Bhawan, Madhya Pradesh.
  2. Shri Neeraj Mandloi IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1993), presently, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Energy Department, Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge of  CMD, MP Power Management Company  Limited, Jabalpur, is given additional charge as ACS – Public Works Department (PWD).
  3. Shri Anupam Rajan IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1993), presently, ACS, Higher Education, with additional charge of ACS, Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Madhya Pradesh, given additional charge as ACS – Parliamentary Affairs, Madhya Pradesh.
  4. Shri Mukesh Chandra Gupta IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1998), presently, Principal Secretary to the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission.
  5. Shri Shri M Selvendran IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2002), presently, Secretary, Farmers Welfare & Agriculture Development, with additional charge of Inspector General (IG), Registration & Superintendent of Stamps, Madhya Pradesh, Secretary, Personnel, General Administration Department, Madhya Pradesh, is relieved of additional charge of IG – Registration & Superintendent of Stamps, Madhya Pradesh.
  6. Shri S Dhanaraju IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2009), presently, OSD-cum-Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Indore, with additional charge of OSD-cum-Labour Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh, and Additional Secretary, Commercial Tax Department, is relieved of the additional charge of Labour Commissioner, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
  7. Shri Amit Tomar IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2009), presently, Additional Secretary, Personnel, General Administration Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Inspector General of Registration & Superintendent of Stamps, Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge of Commissioner, Revenue, Additional Secretary – Personnel, General Administration Department, Madhya Pradesh.
  8. Shri Chhote Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2010), presently, Additional , Gwalior Division, is transferred and appointed as Director – Panchayati Raj, Madhya Pradesh.
  9. Shri Dinesh Kumar Maurya IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2012), currently Deputy Secretary, Revenue Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as OSD-cum-Controller, Food and Drug Administration, Madhya Pradesh.
  10. Shri Arun Kumar Parmar IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2012), presently, Additional Commissioner, Revenue, Rewa Division, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
  11. Smt Rajni Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2013), presently, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Indore, with additional charge of Managing Director (MD), MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., is transferred and appointed as OSD-cum-Labour Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge as MD – MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. Indore, Madehya Pradesh.
  12. Dr Saloni Sidana IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2014), presently Mission Director, National Health Mission, Bhopal, with additional charge of MD, MP Public Health Services Corporation Ltd. Bhopal, is relieved of the additional charge of MD, MP Public Health Services Corporation Ltd. Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
  13. Shri Mayank Agrawal IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2013), presently, OSD-cum-Controller of Food and Drug Administration, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director – Public Health Services Corporation Limited, Madhya Pradesh.
  14. Smt Tanvi Hodda IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2014), presently awaiting posting, is appointed Additional Commissioner – Commercial Tax, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
  15. Smt Jamuna Bhide IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2014), presently, Deputy Secretary, Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Tribal Cell, Raj Bhawan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
  16. Smt Neetu Mathur IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently, CEO, Smart City, Gwalior, is transferred and appointed as Additional Commissioner – Revenue, Rewa Division, Madhya Pradesh.
  17. Shri Ashish Tiwari IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently, Deputy Secretary, Water Resources Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary – Vallabh Bhavan, State Secretariat, Madhya Pradesh.
  18. Shri Sunil Dubey IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently, Deputy Secretary, Culture and Tourism Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as ,CEO – District Panchayat Bhind, Madhya Pradesh.
  19. Shri Jagdish Kumar Gome IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently, CEO – District Panchayat Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary – Culture and Tourism Department, Madhya Pradesh.
  20. Shri Manoj Kumar Sariyam IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2017), presently, Additional Commissioner-cum-Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Additional Director – Health Services, Madhya Pradesh.
  21. Shri Rahul Namdeo Dhote IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2017), presently, Deputy Secretary, Narmada Valley Development Authority (NVDA), given additional charge as Deputy Secretary – Water Resources Department, Madhya Pradesh.
