21 IAS transfers in J&K – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | In a reshuffle in Jammu & Kashmir, the Govt has transferred 21 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers across the state with Dr. Raghav Langer IAS (2009) presently Divisional Commissioner- Jammu, holding additional charge of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority posted as Secretary – Planning, Development and Monitoring Dept, Sushma Chauhan IAS (2009) presently on leave to report in the General Administration Dept after availing leave, Bhupinder Kumar IAS (2011) presently Deputy Commissioner- Baramulla posted as Transport Commissioner- J&K, Ramesh Kumar IAS (2011) presently Chief Executive Officer- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board posted as Divisional Commissioner- Jammu. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer- Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority, in addition to his own duties. while Avny Lavasa IAS (2013) presently Commissioner- Jammu Municipal Corporation also holding additional charge of CEO- Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of the Smart City Project under the Smart City Mission posted as Deputy Commissioner- Jammu.
Anshul Garg IAS (2013) presently Deputy Commissioner- Jammu posted as Chief Executive Officer- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, J&K, Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar IAS (2013) presently Mission Director- Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K holding additional charge of Mission Director- Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan posted as Deputy Commissioner- Baramulla, , J&K, Rahul Yadav IAS (2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Kathua posted as Commissioner- Jammu Municipal Corporation. He shall also hold the charge of the post of CEO- Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission, Kritika Jyotsna IAS ( 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Ganderbal posted as Deputy Commissioner- Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir, Rahul Pandey IAS ( 2014) presently Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, holding additional charge of Director- Information, J&K, Director, Archives, Archaeology & Museums, J&K and Secretary- J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages posted as Deputy Commissioner- Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir while Devansh Yadav IAS (2016) upon his joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir now appointed as Managing Director- J&K Trade Promotion Organization. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Managing Director- J&K IT Infrastructure Company.
Minga Sherpa IAS (2017) upon his joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner- Jammu, Ayushi Sudan IAS (2017) upon her joining in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is posted as Chief Executive Officer- Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna, Shyambir IAS ( 2018) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner- Jammu posted as Deputy Commissioner- Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir, Akshay Labroo IAS (2018) presently Mission Director- Atal Mission for Rejuventation and Urban Transformation 2.0 (AMRUT-2.0) posted as Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Director- Information, J&K, in addition to his own duties, Atal Dulloo IAS (1989) presently Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Finance Dept posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Agriculture Production Dept.
Vivek Bhardwaj IAS ( 1990) presently Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Health and Medical Education Department, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Industries & Commerce Dept , Civil Aviation Department and Chairman- BOPEE posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary)- Finance Department.
