Indian Bureaucracy News, Jammu, December 11, 2025 | The Jammu and Kashmir administration issued a fresh round of transfers and postings across departments. According to Government Order No. 1744-JK(GAD) dt 08.12.2025, released by GAD, J&K, the transfers are effective immediately.
- Shri Mohd Rafiq Zullah JKAS, presently Assistant Commissioner – Panchayat, Kulgam, is appointed as Deputy Director – Information (PR), Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. He recently assumed charge as the Assistant Commissioner of Panchayats, Kulgam, on 9 October 2025.
- Smt Babeeta Kumari JKAS, presently Deputy Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPA&RD), Jammu, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary – Administrative Reforms, Inspections & Trainings (ARI and Trainings) Department, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. She recently assumed charge at IMPA&RD, on 9 October 2025.
