Indian Bureaucracy News, Chennai, July 13, 2026 | Tamil Nadu govt today (13.07.2026) issued order of transfer for 2 IPS officers, appointing 2004-batch C Mageswari as the new head for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption.

Shri A Arun IPS (Tamil Nadu 1998), presently in rank of Additional Director General of Police and posted as Director, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai, is transferred and appointed as Director – Tamil Nadu Police Academy, Oonamancherry, Chennai.

Smt C Mageswari IPS (Tamil Nadu 2004), presently Inspector General of Police, Special Investigation Cell-I, Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai, is directed to hold given additional charge of the post of Additional Director General of Police / Director –  Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai.
