The ACC has approved the following  appointments of officers at Joint Secretary level with pay
at Level 14 of the Pay Matrix at the Centre. The names of the Indian Bureaucrats is as follows :

  1. Shri Muthukrishnan Sankaranarayanan IAS (MH 2003) appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 24/10/2026  vice Ms. Richa Bagla IAS (MH:1999).
  2. Shri Shobhit Gupta IRSEE (2000) appointed  as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 01/03/2025  vice Shri Satyendra Kumar Mishra IRS (IT:1990).
  3. Shri Vimal Anand IRS (IT:2003) appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 09/12/2026 vice Ms. Nidhi Mani Tripathi IAS (MN:2001)
  4. Ms. Monalisa Dash IFoS (SK:2003) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 11/10/2026 vice Shri Harpreet Singh IPoS (1992)
  5. Shri Rahul Jam IAS (MP:2005) appointed as Joint Secretary, Sixteenth Finance Commission under the Department of Economic Affairs for an overall tenure of five years up to 03/11/2024,.
  6. Shri Ranjit Singh IA&AS (2003) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 2 1/03/2028  vice Shri Sanoj Kumar Jha, lAS (SK:1997).
  7. Shri Rajeev Kumar IOFS (2000) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure up to 05/03/2025  vice Ms. Sumita Singh CSS.
  8. Ms. Vrunda Manohar Desai IRS (IT:2003) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 12/04/2027  vice Shri Vikram Sahay IRS (11:1992)
  9. Shri Navin Agarwal IRPS (1997) appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 14/03/2027  vice Ms. Parama Sen IA&AS (1994)
  10. Shri Mahendra Kumar IRSEE (1999) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 22/05/2025  by temporarily upgrading the post of Director held by the officer to JS level,.
  11. Shri Vivek Kumar Bajpai IRSME (1999) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 22/03/2027 vice Shri U. C. Joshi, IRTS (1989)
  12. Shri Rajiv Manjhi CSS appointed as Director, Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (lSTM) under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 30/09/2028 vice Ms. Sumita Singh CSS.
  13. Shri Jai Prakash Pandey IRPS (2003) appointed as Additional Secretary, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 20/02/2027  vice Shri Pushpendra Rajput IAS (HP:1999).
  14. Shri Abhishek Bhagotia IAS (AM:2007) appointed as Joint Secretary, Lokpal, Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years up to 03/04/2027  vice Shri Navin Agarwal IRPS (1997)

  16. Ms. Debolina Thakur lA&AS (1998) appointed as Joint Secretary & FA, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years  vice Shri Sanjay Pandey, ICAS (1994).
  17. Shri Rahul Kashyap CSS appointed as Secretary, National Commission for Safai Karamcharis (NCSK) under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years  vice Shri R. K. Khandelwal IAS (BH:1989).
