Indian Bureaucracy News | 13 Officers from State Civil Service of West Bengal (WBCS) have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service for the select list of 2018, on probation and to allocate them to the West Bengal Cadre , under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
