Sikkim Civil Service Transfers | Indian Bureaucracy News – The Sikkim Govt has shifted 11 SCS Officers across the state with Kessang Diki Rechung SCS presently posted as Director- IPR Department being transferred as Additional Secretary- Home Dept, Kincho Doma Lepcha  SCS presently Additional Secretary- Urban Development Dept going as Director, IPR Dept, Kishore Pradhan SCS presently Joint Secretary- DFSME now posted as Joint Secretary- Home Dept while Ujjal Rai SCS presently Additional District Collector-  (Dev.), ROD, Namchi goes as Joint Secretary- Animal Husbandry and Veterinarv Service Dept, Sikkim.

Jigmee Wangchuk Bhutia SCS presently Joint Secretary- Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Service Dept transferred as Joint Secretary- Home Dept , Thinley Pema Chankapa SCS presently posted as  Joint Secretary- Food & Civil Supplies Dept who had been transferred as Joint Secretary- Roads & Bridges Dept is now posted as Joint Secretary- DESME while Mahesh Sharma SCS is now posted as Joint Secretary- Road & Bridges Dept, while Prem Gurung SCS presently posted as Deputy Secretary- RD is transferred as SDM- Kabi, Land Revenue & DM Dept.

Kabita Subba SCS presently posted as Under Secretary- Election Dept now goes as Under Secretary- SJ & Welfare Department, Yogen Syangden SCS, Under Secretary- Namchi Government College under Education Dept goes as Under Secretary- Election Dept, South District while Saran Das Kalikotey SCS presently Under Secretary- South District Zilla Panchayat shall hold the additional charge of South District .
