Shri Vishwanath Suresh serves as the Director (Commercial) at NMDC Limited, bringing with him a wealth of experience and strategic insight that have significantly contributed to the company’s growth trajectory. An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, Shri Suresh is a Metallurgical Engineer by qualification. He further enhanced his professional expertise with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and an Advanced Strategic Management certification from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode.
Before joining NMDC, Shri Suresh held several key leadership roles at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), including Executive Director (Coal Import) and Executive Director (Corporate Materials Management) (additional charge). His distinguished service of over three decades in the mining and manufacturing sectors stands as a testament to his deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and commitment to excellence.
Throughout his illustrious career, Shri Suresh has showcased exceptional leadership in sales and marketing of steel, both in domestic and international markets.
