Shri Vinod Kumar Tiwari IFoS (HP 1986) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a period of five years vice Shri Manoj K. Pingua IAS (CG 1994).
