Shri Vikas Singh IAS (Tripura 2010), has been appointed as Commissioner (Land Management) (Deputy Secretary level) in the Delhi Development Authority, Delhi under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post.
