Shri Vijay Singh Dahiya IAS (Haryana 2001), presently, Commissioner & Secretary Printing & Stationery, Haryana, and Commissioner & Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department, Haryana, given additional charge of the post of In-charge – Ambala district.
As the District In-charge, he will oversee law and order, including incidents of heinous crimes, and monitor vigilance matters under Sections 12A and 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, pertaining to corruption by public servants and sanctions for prosecution. He will review projects valued at ₹25 crore or more, evaluate the efficiency of service delivery in areas such as the Right to Service Act, Health, Education, and Social sectors, and address challenges faced by DETCs regarding GST and other tax-related issues, reporting findings to the Government.
