Ms. Vibha Chahal, IAS, is a senior and versatile civil servant known for her wide-ranging administrative exposure, strong grounding in social sector governance, and calm, methodical approach to public service. After completing her professional training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, Ms. Chahal began her career in field administration with postings as Joint Magistrate in Kushinagar and Meerut, followed by her role as Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Saharanpur. These early assignments provided her with firsthand exposure to land revenue management, public grievance redressal, and law-and-order responsibilities, laying a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.
