FCl Aravali Gypsum & Minerals (India) Limited (FAGMlL) was incorporated (after demerging from Fertilizer Corporation of India as per BIFR order) under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective to take over the units of FClL viz; Jodhpur Mining Organisation to establish and carry on in India or any part of the world all kinds of business relating to Gypsum and other minerals and their by-products and manufacture of various types of Fertilizers, both organic and inorganic chemical compounds including by-products, derivatives and mixtures thereof. FAGMlL is a schedule ‘C’ Miniratna CPSE in Other Minerals & Metals sector with the administrative jurisdiction
of Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers. The company employed 44 regular employees (Executives 28 & Non-Executives 16) as on 31.3.2018.
