Shri V Shashank Shekhar IAS (Nagaland 1996) presently Joint Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 16.11.2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms Smita Kumar IPoS(1987).
