Shri Uday A Kaole presently Director (Technical) at Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Dhanbad, has been appointed Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD)-Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) . He had joined Coal India as Junior Engineering (Trainee) in 1987 and served at various important positions in Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) and South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL).
Shri Kaole graduate in Mining Engineering from Nagpur University in the Year 1987 and thereafter he obtained 1st Class Mine Manager Certification of Competencies. He also acquired MBA and LLB from Nagpur University.
