Shri Upendra Prasad Singh IAS (Odisha 1985) presently holding the charge of Director General, National Mission for Clean Ganga has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation vice Dr. Amarjit Singh IAS (Gujarat 1982) who will superannuate on November 30, 2017.
