Shri Topeshwar Verma IAS (Chhattisgarh 2005), presently Member, Board of Revenue, Bilaspur & Additional charge of President, Board of Revenue, Bilaspur, is appointed as the President – Board of Revenue, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Shri Topeshwar Verma has held several significant positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Secretary and Joint Secretary in the Food & Civil Supplies Department of the Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (CSCSC), Raipur, from June 2021 till his latest appointment, where he oversaw key functions in Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution.
Prior to that, he was the District Collector of Dantewada from December 2018 to June 2021, handling district and divisional administration under the Land Revenue Management framework. From May 2017 to December 2018, he served as the District Collector and District Magistrate of Narayanpur, again leading the district administration. Before that, he held the role of Joint Secretary in the Health & Family Welfare Department from August 2015 to May 2017. Throughout his administrative career, Shri Verma has demonstrated leadership in both revenue and welfare departments, contributing significantly to governance and public service delivery in Chhattisgarh.
