Shri Sudhir Kumar Rakesh, IAS (Bihar 1983) is presently posted as Director General (DG) BIPARD Government of Bihar. The Election Commission has ordered transfer of Shri Rakesh as Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar, in place of Shri Amir Subhani IAS.
