Ms. Shobhana Joshi IDAS (1979)  presently Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) as been appointed as Secretary -Defence Finance with effect from 01.06.2016 vice Shri S.S. Mohanty, IDAS (1979), Financial Adviser (Defence Services) on his retirement on 31.05.2016.
