Dr Subhash Chandra Khuntia IAS (Karnataka 1981) has been appointed as Chief Secretary on repatriation from Central Deputation with effect from 01.10.2016 vice Shri Arvind Jadhav IAS (Karnataka 1978) retiring from service on superannuation.
