The Special Commissioner of Police (Human Resource Division), Delhi Police, plays a crucial role in managing one of the largest metropolitan police forces in the world. The division is responsible for all personnel-related matters including recruitment, training, promotion, welfare, and career development of Delhi Police personnel. It formulates and implements policies aimed at enhancing efficiency, motivation, and professionalism within the force. The Human Resource Division ensures fair service conditions, transparent postings, and capacity building through modern training modules.
