Shri Ravi Kumar Narula IRSME (1992) presently Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME), Rail Coach Factory, Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) transferred as Joint Secretary – Ministry of Heavy Industries, for a period of seven years upto 10.01 .2026, in place of Ms Mukta Shekhar, IRAS (1994).
