Shri Rahul Chandra Das ACS (DR-2004) presently Joint Secretary- Transport Department, MD- ASTC and Secretary- Assam State Youth Commission (addl.) is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary – Sports & Youth Welfare Department and OSD- Khelo India.
He will continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary, Assam State Youth Commission.
