Broadly the sectors covered under the Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation (PRAGATI) are monitoring of Public Grievances, project monitoring (Centre/State) and programmes/schemes.
A total of 156 projects and 37 programmes/schemes and Public grievances of 16 sectors have been reviewed so far under the PRAGATI meetings. The projects are at different stages of implementation and are monitored regularly by the implementing Ministries/Departments and concerned State Governments.
Total investment anticipated on commission/implementation of 156 projects reviewed so far is estimated to be more than Rs.8,16,000 crore. In addition ongoing schemes and programmes are reviewed, their outlay is spread in different financial years.
The projects/schemes/programmes are at various stage of implementation.
