Shri P.C Thakur IPS (Gujarat 1979) presently posted as Director General of Gujarat Police has been appointed Director General, Fire Services, Civil Defence and Home Guards in Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India for a period up to the date of his superannuation on 31st December 2016.
Shri Thakur proceeded on sick leave after he was delivered the transfer order on Friday afternoon.
