Shri Oinam Nabakishore Singh IAS (Manipur 1984)  presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary & Chief Executive Officer, Election, of the Government of Mizoram, has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Manipur, in place of  Shri Lawmkunga IAS who   superannuates on 29th September 2015.
