NTPC awarded as the Best Thermal Power Utility of the country by Central Board of Irrigation and Power(CBIP) on 29th December,2016 at a function held in New Delhi Union Minister of State for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Balyan presented the award to Shri Gurdeep Singh CMD NTPC.
Shri AK Jha Director, (Technical) NTPC was also honoured by CBIP on the occasion for his outstanding contribution to the sector
