NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna CPSE, signed an MoU with Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC) on March 1, 2018 for construction of ‘REC Township’ at Gurugram (Haryana) at a project cost of approx. Rs 192 crores. The proposed Township shall have 244 no. of dwelling units of various sizes with a total built-up area of 37,000 sqm. The MoU was signed by Shri Yogesh JP Sharma, Executive Director (Engg.), on behalf of NBCC and Shri Praveen Kumar Singhal, General Manager, on the behalf of REC.
