Dr Mahesh Singh IFS (Gujarat 1990) presently Chief Conservator of Forest (Wild Life), Gandhinagar is transferred and his services are paced at the disposal of Energy & Petrochemicals Department for appointment as Managing Director, Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd, Mehsana vice Shri Swaroop P IAS. Shri Singh has a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from Avadh University, Faizabad and is an Associate of Indira Gandhi National Forest
Academy. He has more than dozen scientific papers and articles to his credit.
