Ms. Kiran Soni Gupta, IAS (RJ 1985) presently posted as Textile Commissioner (Additional Secretary Level) under Ministry of Textiles has been appointed as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports for a period of two years or till further orders.

Ms. Sujata Prasad, ICAS (1983), Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Coal was holding this portfolio earlier as additional charge.
