Justice Sameer Jain presently Additional Judge now appointed as Judge of Allahabad High Court, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.
Graduated in Law from Purvanchal University, Jaunpur in 1992, Enrolled as an Advocate on Jul 27, 1992, Immediately after enrollment started practice at District Court, Varanasi in Criminal side, From July 1997, started practice at Allahabad High Court mainly in Criminal side, Elevated as Additional Judge in Allahabad High Court on Oct 13, 2021.
