Justice Chandra Kumar Rai presently Additional Judge now appointed as Judge of Allahabad High Court , in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.
Graduated in Law from Allahabad University in 1988, Enrolled as an Advocate on Jan 8, 1989, Practised mainly on Civil, Revenue & Consolidation Side, Elevated as Additional Judge on Oct 13, 2021.
