Indian Bureucracy, New Delhi, March 29, 2025 | In a major administrative reshuffle, Indian Railways notified on March 29, 2025, transfer of thirteen (13) senior officers as Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) across various zones. Several officers holding the Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG) have been assigned new roles.
NFHAG is a senior non-functional grade granted to Group ‘A’ officers when promotions to the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) are restricted due to cadre limitations. It ensures time-bound financial upgradation, maintaining pay parity among officers of the same batch across departments. The latest transfers include the following appointments:
- Shri Raju P Bhadke IRSE (NFHAG), presently with Western Railway, Mumbai, is transferred and posted as DRM – Vadodara, Western Railway, relieving Shri Jeetendra Singh IRSEE.
- Shri Panna Lal IRSE (NFHAG), presently with North Eastern Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Salem, Southern Railway, relieving Shri Pankaj Kumar Sinha IRSS.
- Shri Rajneesh Aggarwal IRTS (SAG), presently with Western Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Prayagraj, North Central Railway, relieving Shri Himansu Badoni IRSE.
- Shri Uday Singh Mina IRSME (NFHAG), presently with Northern Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Deen Dayal Upadhyay, East Central Railway, relieving Shri Rajesh Gupta IRSSE.
- Shri Pradeep Lakshmanrao Kamle IRSME (NFHAG), presently with South East Central Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Nanded, South Central Railway, relieving Ms. Neeti Sarkar IRAS.
- Shri Akhilesh Misra IRSME (NFHAG), currently on deputation with Food Corporation of India, Department of Food and Public Distribution, is posted as DRM – Dhanbad, East Central Railway, relieving Shri Kamal Kishore Sinha IRTS.
- Shri Subhash C Chaudhary IRSEE (NFHAG), presently with North Eastern Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Sambalpur, East Coast Railway, relieving Shri Tushar Kant Pandey IRSE.
- Shri Md Manzar Hussain IRSEE (NFHAG), currently on deputation with NHSRCL, is posted as DRM – Tinsukia, Northeast Frontier Railway, relieving Shri Uttam Prakash IRSME.
- Shri Sunil Kumar Verma IRSSE (NFHAG), currently on deputation with the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, is posted as DRM – Lucknow, Northern Railway, relieving Shri S M Sharma IRSME.
- Shri Mudit Mittal IRAS (NFHAG), currently on deputation with RVNL, is posted as DRM – Mysuru, South Western Railway, relieving Ms Shilpi Agarwal IRAS.
- Shri Rajeev Saxena IRSS (NFHAG), currently on deputation with the Ministry of Textiles, is posted as DRM – Sealdah, Eastern Railway, relieving Shri Deepak Nigam IRSME.
- Shri Anurag Tripathi IRPS (SAG), presently with North Central Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Jodhpur, North Western Railway, relieving Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh IRSEE.
- Ms Sudeshna Sen IRAS (NFHAG), presently with Northern Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Guntur, South Central Railway, relieving Shri M. Ramakrishna IRSEE.
- Ms Lily Pandeya IRPS (NFHAG), currently on deputation with the Ministry of Culture, will no longer be posted as DRM – Guntur, South Central Railway, as her posting stands cancelled.
