Shri Harsh Kumar Jain IFS (1993), presently Ambassador of India to the Republic of the Philippines, has been concurrently accredited as the Ambassador of India to the Federated States of Micronesia, with residence in Manila.

The Federated States of Micronesia is a nation located in the western Pacific Ocean, consisting of over 600 islands. It is divided into four island states: Pohnpei, Kosrae, Chuuk, and Yap.
