Former Delhi Chief Minister and State Congress President Shiela Dixit passed away in New Delhi today. She was 81 and was ailing for some time. She was Chief minister of Delhi for three consecutive terms from 1998 to 2013, she was also the Governor of Kerala from March to August 2014.
