According to reports, no casualties have been reported so far. Meanwhile the concerned authorities are monitoring the situation.
The reason of the explosion has also not been identified yet. Earlier in November 2015, at least 16 contract based labourers were injured in an explosion in Tata Steel Plant. The explosion had occurred in the Coke Plant of Tata Steel during some maintenance work in Jamshedpur.
