Former India Air force chief S P Tyagi who was arrested along with his cousins Sanjeev and Khaitan on 9th of this month by the CBI over alleged irregularities in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper deal, has got bail. A special court in Delhi today decided to pronounce its order on Tyagi’s bail plea. The court had on 17th December sent all the three accused to the judicial custody till 30th December.
