Shri D.S Mishra IAS (1984,UP) who is presently posted as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development has been given additional charge of Vice Chairman Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for a period of three months.
He holds a degree of B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur. Prior to this, he has worked as Director (Personnel) & Joint Secretary (Foreigners) in the Ministry of Home Affairs; Chief Vigilance Officer at Airports Authority of India and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines.
