Dr. Suman Tewary, a Senior Scientist at CSIR’s National Metallurgical Laboratory in Jamshedpur, conducted a Knowledge Sharing Session for over 800 students ranging from classes 5th to 12th. This session was organized under the Knowledge and Awareness Mapping Platform (KAMP), an initiative by the Knowledge Alliance of CSIR-National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR) in collaboration with M/S NCPL.
During the session, Dr. Tewary highlighted the significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), emphasizing how these closely related fields have gained substantial attention and application in recent times. He further explained how AI and ML are driving various technological advancements and transforming different aspects of our lives. Dr. Tewary expressed that the workshop aimed to provide insights into the world of AI and ML, unravel the intricacies behind these technologies, and shed light on how they are revolutionizing the way we work, live, and innovate.
